SKELETONCREW Tried & True, Day One

FAQs

Tried & true answers
How long until my order ships?

Made-to-order pieces take 2–3 weeks to produce before they ship. Ready-to-ship pieces leave within 2 weeks. If your order contains both, we hold the full order and ship everything together once the made-to-order pieces are finished. Transit time after shipping is additional (typically a few days within the U.S.).

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not right now — we ship to U.S. addresses only.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders over $75 (after any discounts, before tax). Orders at or below $75 pay a flat rate shown at checkout.

What does “made to order” mean?

Many of our pieces are cut, printed, and stitched for you after you order — no warehouse full of mass stock, no waste. That’s why production takes 2–3 weeks, and why every piece is made to the size and colorway you chose.

Why did my order with in-stock items not ship immediately?

If your order mixes ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, we hold the whole order and ship it complete, so you get everything in one box and pay one shipping charge.

What if production takes longer than promised?

We’ll email you directly with an update and a new expected ship date. You can wait or cancel for a full refund at that point.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order pieces produced to a custom specification are final sale. Email marcusjohnson@myskeletoncrew.com to start.

What does “Est. 1775” mean?

It honors the birth of the United States Marine Corps in Philadelphia on November 10, 1775. Our founder is a Marine — the date on the crest is the standard we build to, not our company’s founding date.

How do I know my size?

Our pieces run true to size with an athletic cut. If you’re between sizes on hoodies and crewnecks, most of the crew sizes up for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Email us before ordering and we’ll help you choose.

How do I know when the next drop is live?

Join the list on the home page. We email the crew first — before anything goes public.
